A week of movement, community, and island living in the Croatian archipelago.
For seven days, we'll explore Croatia by sea and on foot. Sailing between islands, waking up in quiet bays, and spending our days running, swimming, hiking, and sharing meals together, we'll experience a slower pace of life shaped by nature and the rhythm of the sea.
This retreat is not focused on performance or personal bests. Instead, it's an opportunity to move every day, spend time outdoors, and enjoy the simple things that often get lost in everyday life.
Through running, sailing, shared meals, and moments of reflection, we'll create space for connection — with nature, with each other, and with ourselves. Along the way, we'll discover beautiful landscapes, local culture, and a community of like-minded people who share a love for movement and adventure.
A week to explore, unwind, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.

More than guides, we'll be part of the experience alongside you. Running together, sharing meals, creating conversations, and helping shape a week you'll remember long after returning home.
For the final section outlining the trip day by day, would it be possible to either remove it entirely or shorten it to just a few sentences at the end? And with that said, also remove the pictures around it? We would like the experience to feel more exclusive and less like a fixed itinerary. The goal is for it to come across as a genuine journey, with a sense of discovery and flexibility, rather than a detailed schedule.
Over seven days, the journey runs from Trogir out into the Adriatic and back, weaving together running, sailing, and island living across Croatia's archipelago. After an easy arrival and welcome evening at sea, the days settle into a natural rhythm — morning runs along waterfronts and across islands, breakfasts back on board, and unhurried afternoons given over to swimming, hiking, snorkelling, local lunches, and time to do nothing at all. The route carries you from Bol and its famous Zlatni Rat beach out to remote Vis for the week's signature long run, on to Milna, and to lively Hvar, with the boat quietly repositioning so there's nothing to do at each finish but rest. Threaded throughout are gentle sunset yoga and journaling sessions, food workshops and shared meals, a candlelit beach picnic, and a farewell dinner cooked alongside the onboard chef — before the week comes full circle in Trogir with a closing reflection and an easy onward transfer to Split Airport.
